Full Time HR Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Lecadia Primacare Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment-related documents such as offer letters, employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR correspondence.
• Maintain and update employee records to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in payroll preparation by verifying attendance, overtime, leave, and statutory deductions.
• Administer employee attendance, leave, and claims through the HR system.
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian Employment Act and other statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
• Coordinate employee training and HRDC claim submissions.
• Support performance management, staff confirmation, disciplinary matters, and employee relations.
• Assist in organizing company activities, employee engagement programs, and HR initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience (fresh graduates with strong interest in HR are encouraged to apply).
• Knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act and statutory requirements.
• Experience in payroll processing and attendance management is an advantage.
• Experience using SQL Payroll/HR System or other HRMS is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
