We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate individual to join our team as a Clinic Assistant.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

2. Schedule appointments.

3. Assist patients with registration and update their personal and medical information accurately.

4. Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries from patients, doctors, and other staff members promptly and courteously.

5. Manage patient records, including filing, organizing, and updating electronic and paper files securely.

6. Prepare examination rooms before patient visits and ensure they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.

7. Assist doctors during medical examinations and procedures as needed.

8. Process billing and payments accurately, including verifying insurance coverage and collecting co-payments.

9. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the clinic, including disinfecting surfaces, sterilizing equipment, and disposing of medical waste properly.

10. Provide assistance and support to patients and their families, addressing their concerns and ensuring their comfort and well-being.

11. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the clinic manager or supervising healthcare professionals.
