Job Overview
We are looking for a committed and hands-on Coordinator, Farm (Layer) to oversee and coordinate daily farm operations, monitor production performance, and ensure efficient utilization of farm resources. The successful candidate will work closely with farm management and operational teams to maintain high standards of productivity, biosecurity, animal welfare, and workplace safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise daily farm operations and work schedules across farm departments.
- Monitor production targets and support staff and worker development through training and coaching.
- Ensure farm produce such as eggs, spent hens, and fertilizers meet quality standards and customer requirements.
- Coordinate husbandry, maintenance, and operational activities with flock leaders, maintenance personnel, and workers.
- Ensure compliance with Biosecurity requirements, myGAP standards, ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements, and workplace safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain farm resources including livestock, feed, equipment, machinery, vehicles, buildings, and utilities.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of farm operational activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and carry out duties assigned by farm management.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Animal Husbandry, Animal Science, Agriculture, or an equivalent field.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in farm operations.
Skills & Competencies
- Sound knowledge of animal husbandry and farm management practices.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive is an added advantage.
- Able to lead teams, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing operational needs.

Pay: RM2,240.00 - RM3,360.00 per month
