• Responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations by ensuring sufficient manpower to perform daily warehouse duties.
• Evaluate the performance of assigned operators, provide training, conduct disciplinary actions, and recommend dismissal where required.
• Plan and coordinate the receiving of goods, storage, and dispatch of materials in a timely and efficient manner to achieve departmental objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as determined by the Warehouse Manager.
• Plan, review, and develop new systems and procedures to improve and enhance logistics operations.
• Carry out periodic reconciliation of stock discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
• Address customers' complaints and resolve operational issues. Work closely with other departments to achieve optimum customer satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative responsibilities related to logistics operations.
• Ensure cleanliness of the work area and ensure all operators comply with 5S practices.
• Comply with company policies and regulations to meet government and industrial requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
