Data Analyst Intern (Process Improvement) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,000 in QL Kitchen Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating Power BI dashboards and reports to ensure data is current and accurate.
• Support digitalization initiatives through platform housekeeping, including data organization, file management, and system updates.
• Document data sources, reporting processes, and workflows to ensure consistency and traceability.
• Assist in preparing and structuring data for reporting and basic analysis.
• Support process improvement initiatives by reviewing existing workflows and contributing improvement ideas.
• Provide general support in reporting, data management, and operational improvement activities, including manual data collection when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• Good attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and well-organized data.
• Willingness to learn and support data-related tasks in a dynamic environment with evolving data structures and processes.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI and Microsoft Office 365 (especially Excel); exposure to building simple applications or forms is an added advantage.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
