We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our Operations & Compliance Department and gain valuable hands-on experience in the financial services industry.

Job Responsibilities

As an Operations & Compliance Intern, you will support the team in ensuring smooth operational processes and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in customer onboarding and verification processes.
• Reviewing and maintaining customer records and documentation.
• Supporting Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks.
• Monitoring operational activities and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Assisting in compliance reporting and documentation.
• Conducting data entry, record maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Supporting internal audits and compliance reviews.
• Collaborating with various departments to ensure operational efficiency.
• Performing other duties and projects assigned by the Operations & Compliance team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Law, Economics, Accounting, Risk Management, or related fields.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
