JOB SCOPE for Intern in (Compensation & Benefit team)

- To provide support in the area of Compensation and Benefita, to build capability within Duopharma Group

- To assist in updating and key in employee’s records.

- To do filling for employee’s documentation

- To perform any other relevant jobs or projects assigned by superior

REQUIREMENT

- Background : Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration /Office system Management /Business management / Administration

- Computer knowledge in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Passionate, hardworking, &eager to learn

- Good organization and attention to details, ability to work multi-task with minimal supervision.

- Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia and a good team player
