Job Overview:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support delivery of a Producer Portal, UW workbench, and SaaS middleware. The role requires eliciting and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops with business and vendor stakeholders, and driving process and operating model assessments across multiple co-dependent workstreams.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Requirements & Process Analysis

• Elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Map end-to-end processes and conduct current-state vs. future-state operating model assessments.

Stakeholder & Workstream Management

• Facilitate workshops with business and external vendor teams.
• Manage interdependencies between co-dependent workstreams.

Delivery & Testing Support

• Support UAT and produce BRDs, user stories, and test cases.

Job Specification

Must-Have Skills

• Business Analysis Skills
• Business analysis experience across vendor/SaaS platform implementations.
• Ability to map end-to-end processes and support operating model assessments.
• Ability to produce BRDs, user stories, and test cases, and support UAT.

Facilitation & Stakeholder Skills

• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience facilitating workshops with business and external vendors.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Insurance industry background preferred.
• Platform experience (e.g., eBAO or similar) is a plus.

Experience Required

• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Vendor/SaaS platform implementation experience.

Generic Managerial Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Adaptability to changing project priorities.
• Attention to detail and quality documentation standards.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
