Job Description

• Manage, administer, and support enterprise and data center network infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, and optimal performance.
• Implement, configure, and maintain routing, switching, wireless, and network security solutions.
• Perform proactive network monitoring, preventive maintenance, and performance optimization to ensure service reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex network incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support network implementation, migration, infrastructure upgrades, technology refresh, and expansion projects.
• Maintain network security by supporting firewalls, VPNs, network access control, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure hardening activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, network diagrams, standard operating procedures, and operational records.
• Collaborate with internal teams, technology vendors, and service providers to deliver network projects and operational improvements.
• Ensure all network changes follow established operational standards, security policies, and change management processes.
• Participate in on-call support and occasional travel for project implementation or operational requirements.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise or data center network implementation, administration, operations, and support.
• Strong knowledge of Routing & Switching, including TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGP, LAN/WAN, and VPN technologies.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise networking platforms such as Cisco, Aruba, or equivalent technologies.
• Experience supporting enterprise network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and network access control.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with experience performing Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and resolving complex network issues.
• Experience in network implementation, migration, infrastructure upgrades, and technology refresh projects.
• Familiarity with enterprise network monitoring, management, and IP Address Management (IPAM) solutions.
• Experience working within IT service management processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management, is an advantage.
• Professional certifications such as CCNP, Aruba Certified Professional (ACP), ITIL Foundation, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
