Executive, Freight Forwarding (Urgent Hiring)!

This role is responsible to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about freight and haulage services. Work within existing commercial & operational infrastructure to support the sales and operational requirements of clients, driving KPIs and continuous improvements.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Customer Service Excellence

- Promote excellent customer service and ensure satisfaction is delivered consistently

2. Shipment Coordination

- Complete bookings with carriers, submit shipping instructions accurately

3. Logistics Arrangements

- Handle end to end logistics arrangement as per service scope/incoterms

4. Vendor and 3PL Management

- Follow up on 3rd party services, maintain tracker, validate updates

5. Communication and coordination

- communicate shipment status to customer, follow up on requirements

- Understand customer KPIs, monitor closely

- Communicate across departments and act as liaison

6. Compliance & cost efficiency

- Work with teams to improve departmental processes

- comply with SOPs and quality policy

- Identify and implement cost savings

Job Requirements

1. Minimum bachelor's degree in related fields

2. Freight forwarding operation including OGA's procedures

3. Good interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills

4. Customer oriented mindset

5. Strong time management

6. Minimum Experience 0-3 years in a related field.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
