We are seeking a dynamic Warehouse Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including e-commerce operations and warehouse management. A motorcycle is a plus. Malaysians are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Operations:

• Assist in managing online store operations.
• Process and pack orders efficiently and accurately.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.

2. Warehouse Management:

• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe.
• Receive and inspect incoming shipments.

3.Merchandising for Offline Sales:

• Assist in setting up and maintaining product displays.
• Support offline sales activities and promotions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to optimize product placement and presentation.

5. Ad-hoc duties to support manager

Requirements:

Previous experience in warehouse management, or related fields. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. A can-do attitude is a must.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,700.00 per month
