Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Coordinator to manage the movement of goods and ensure efficient supply chain operations. The successful candidate will coordinate shipments, monitor inventory, communicate with suppliers and transport providers, and ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Schedule deliveries and collections with transport providers.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory levels and update inventory records.
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and warehouse personnel to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records.
• Support warehouse operations when required.
• Prepare logistics reports and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
