Full Time Technical Solution Lead – Mobile, Web - Cloud Architecture Jobs, in Exasoft Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced Technical Solution Lead to design and lead the delivery of scalable, secure and high-performing enterprise mobile and web applications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong application-development background, extensive solution-architecture experience and the ability to lead engineering teams across frontend, backend, API, cloud and DevOps workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise mobile and web applications

• Define scalable, secure and high-performing technical solutions

• Lead the technical delivery of mobile apps, web portals, APIs and backend systems

• Evaluate and recommend technologies, frameworks, APIs and cloud platforms

• Lead and mentor software-development teams

• Review application architecture, technical designs and code quality

• Establish engineering standards and development best practices

• Drive microservices, API integration, DevOps, CI/CD and release-management practices

• Ensure successful integration with enterprise and third-party systems

• Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects and engineering teams

• Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions

• Communicate architectural decisions, risks and recommendations effectively

Mandatory Skills

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT or application development

• 5+ years of technical leadership experience managing or guiding engineering teams

• 5+ years of end-to-end enterprise solution-architecture experience

• 5+ years of mobile and web application architecture experience

• Strong programming background in Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript or equivalent

• Experience with microservices architecture

• Strong API design and integration experience using REST, GraphQL or SOAP

• Experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform

• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and release management

• Hands-on understanding of Docker and Kubernetes

• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments

• Knowledge of database architecture, Operational Data Stores and Data Marts

• Understanding of OAuth2, JWT, SAML and SSL/TLS

• Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Banking, financial services, insurance, fintech or payments-domain experience

• Experience leading large-scale digital-transformation or enterprise-modernisation programmes

• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional technology teams
