About The Job

• Drive project sales by promoting established lighting products and introducing new solution lines to key target segments. Build and maintain strong networks with contractors, M&E consultants, property developers, and trade clients through regular site visits and consultations.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives, collaborate on strategic growth plans, and help coach junior team members to reach organizational targets.
• Gather market trends, identify project leads, and assist in setting sales budgets, project forecasts, and performance reports.
• Oversee sales execution to ensure seamless delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and maximize overall profitability

Skills And Requirements

• Degree in Business, Sales, or a related field
• With 2–5 years of experience with proven sales track record
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
