Job Description:

·        Assist theSenior Purchaser in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations for materialsand subcontract works

·        Prepareand issue Purchase Orders accurately and promptly

·        SupportQuantity Surveyors in requesting quotations for tender submission

·        Coordinatewith suppliers, sub contractors and project teams to ensure timely delivery ofmaterials

·        Monitorand track material deliveries to meet project schedules

·        Maintainproject warranty records and prepare Operation and Maintenance Manual

·        MatchPurchase Orders, Delivery Orders and Suppliers’ invoices before submission forpayment processing

·        Maintainaccurate procurement records and filing of procurement related documents

·        Providegeneral administrative support to the Procurement, Quantity Surveyor andProject teams

·        Ad-hocduties, answering phone calls

Requirements:

·        Minimum Certificateor Diploma holder

·        Minimum 2years working experience in construction / interior fit-out industry(preferable)

·        Freshgraduate with a keen interest in construction / interior fit-out procurementare welcome to apply

·        Meticulous,organised, possess initiative, able to multi-task and ability to work in a team

·        Proficientin MS Office application
