Full Time Logistic Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,800 in SINGAPORE AERO SUPPORT SERVICES PTE. LTD. East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth operation, management and delivery services of aircraft components for LMTS Department (Line Maintenance Tool Store).
• Provide administrative, planning, duty rostering, organising, controlling, discipline and training functions.
• Regular stocks take/check and upkeep of aircraft spares.
• Co-ordinating with other sections and departments to ensure efficient operation of the department.
• Drive Transformation projects and analyse/improve work processes.
• Ensures operations / training records are upkeep and coordinates for authority / customers audits.
• Ensuring that airside safety rules and regulations are complied with.
• Ensuring the upkeep of the department’s facilities, equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Ensures briefing on technical handling matters and safety issues are conducted for staff.
• Updating of weekly / monthly KPI report
• Any other duties as assigned by the Management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Logistic, Engineering or related field
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant working experience managing warehouse, storeman, drivers
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work in a team to achieve results
