JOB DESCRIPTION

*Contract issuance

*Handling full spectrum shipping documents comprising coordination, vetting and issuance of originals to customers

*Purchase and sales entry posting

*Requisite freight payments

*Archiving documents in physical and digital records

REQUIREMENTS

*Diploma in maritime study, logistics or other related study

*Ability to handle multiple consignments concurrently

*Good time management and problem solving initiative

*Ability to read, comprehend, and compose instructions, correspondence and memos in English

*Has knowledge of incoterms and logistics/supply chain process.

*Understands letter of credit and has knowledge in risk management concept*Strong interpersonal/communication skills & at ease dealing with people in multicultural environment

At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
