Full Time Facilities Management Coordinator I Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Saradise Sarawak - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee daily facility operations and maintenance activities.
• Conduct routine site inspections to identify defects, maintenance issues, and safety hazards.
• Attend to defect reports and coordinate rectification works with contractors and service providers.
• Monitor the progress and quality of maintenance and rectification works to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare inspection reports and provide regular updates to the Facility Manager.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on maintenance and operational matters.
• Work closely with the Commercial Executive and Purchasing Department on procurement, quotations, material purchases, and related documentation.
• Ensure facilities comply with company standards, safety requirements, and relevant statutory regulations.
• Monitor the performance of maintenance contractors and service providers.
• Assist in planning preventive maintenance schedules.
• Verify completed maintenance and rectification works before closure.
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues and support after-hours call-outs when required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Facility Manager or Management.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management, Building Management, Engineering, Property Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in facility management, property management, building maintenance, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience in defect inspection, maintenance coordination, contractor management and rectification works.
• Good knowledge of building services, preventive maintenance, and facility operations.
• Ability to interpret basic architectural and M&E drawings is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work primarily on-site and travel between project locations when required.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transportation.
