Full Time Construction Site Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 15,000 in GLOBAL BUILDER ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. Sarawak - Maukerja

Global Builder Engineering Sdn Bhd is headquartered in Miri, Sarawak, with worksites located in Bintulu and Samalaju, Sarawak. Applicants from outside Bintulu, Sarawak, must be willing to relocate to Bintulu.

Responsibilities:

1) Define the project scope

2) Create and manage a construction project budget

3) Create a construction project management plan

4) Negotiate with general contractors and subcontractors to obtain profitable construction contracts

5) Develop a construction schedule, with project deliverables and milestones

6) Create status reports for project stakeholders

7) Oversee the performance of the general contractor, site manager and other members of the construction team

Skills & Qualifications

1) Strong team management and leadership skills

2) Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills

3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

4) Project management skills such as time management, project budgeting, resource management and project scheduling

Education & Training

1) Bachelor’s degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction management or related field

2) Strong knowledge of construction management best practices

3) Fluency in software programs related to construction management, including project management software

4) Current with rules and regulations related to construction

Work Experience

1) Five years or above of project management experience in the construction industry or construction specialties such as plumbing, carpentry or masonry

2) Years of construction management experience managing budgets and schedules

3) Prior experience managing a construction site

4) Experience leading a construction crew

5) Proven risk management experience in construction projects

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
