Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing Support

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities for outlet and HQ positions (service crew, kitchen staff, supervisors, executives).
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and prepare interview schedules.
• Support onboarding activities including offer letters, employee documentation, and induction preparation.

2. Employee Records & HR Administration

• Maintain and update employee personal files (physical and digital).
• Assist with HR documentation such as employment contracts, confirmation letters, and internship letters.
• Support tracking of employee attendance, leave, and disciplinary records.

3. Payroll & Time Attendance Support

• Assist in collecting attendance, overtime, and leave data from outlets.
• Support payroll preparation by ensuring accurate employee information.
• Coordinate with outlets on payroll discrepancies and documentation.

4. Compliance & Labour Matters

• Assist in ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws (Employment Act 1955, minimum wage, working hours, rest days).
• Support documentation for foreign workers where applicable (medical check-ups, permits, hostel records).

5. Training & Employee Engagement

• Assist in coordinating staff training, orientation, and compliance training.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, staff activities, and internal communications.

6. General HR Support

• Provide administrative support for HR projects and audits.
• Assist HR team with ad-hoc tasks related to operations, outlets, and manpower planning.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM900.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
