Responsibilities
- Monitor stock, order from supplier, check receiving ingredients quality, minimizing spoilage and utilize ingredients surpluses.
- Create new product design every month for festive season like CNY, Raya, Mother's Day, Xmas etc.
- Solve any technical issue and problems faced by the team in baking.
- Prepare customize fondant and buttercream cake for birthday party and events.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a PMR, SPM, UEC, or above
- Must have at least 3 years of working experience in doing fondant and buttercream designer cake
- Able to work in Kuchai Lama.
- Able to work 5 days or 6 days a week (6 days work with higher pay), working time 8am-6pm.
