Key Responsibilities

1. Consultative Sales & Demonstrations

• Live Product Demos: Conduct hands-on demonstrations of core devices like Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs), ECG smart rings, oxygen concentrators, and smart blood pressure monitors.
• Needs Assessment: Consult with walk-in showroom visitors and roadshow attendees to match products to their long-term wellness or medical goals.
• Sales Targets: Drive revenue by meeting store targets and cross-selling consumables (e.g., replacement sensors) and accessories.

2. Technical Onboarding & Support

• App & Hardware Setup: Help patients pair devices via Bluetooth, set up companion health mobile apps, calibrate hardware, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Patient Guidance: Patiently educate elderly users on reading real-time metrics and operating digital health tools comfortably.
• Showroom Operations: Keep display models charged, sanitized, and operational, while managing point-of-sale (POS) transactions, rentals, and warranty registrations.

3. Inventory & Feedback Loops

• Stock Management: Monitor retail inventory, request floor replenishment, and assist with stock audits.
• Market Insights: Log recurring customer queries and software feedback into the CRM to help BUZUD refine its health tech products and apps.

Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,400.00 per month
