  • Experience hiring for Banking/Financial Services roles
  • Stakeholder management
  • Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding
  • Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience working in Work Permit
  • Preference: Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period
