Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Fundraiser role based in Kuala Lumpur.

As a Fundraiser, you will engage with members of the public, inspire them to support UNICEF's mission, and help build a community of monthly donors who are committed to creating a better future for children.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Speaking with potential donors face-to-face.
• Sharing UNICEF's mission and impact stories.
• Inspiring individuals to become long-term supporters.
• Representing UNICEF at events, roadshows, and community activities.
• Building meaningful relationships with supporters.
• Maintaining accurate donor records and reporting.

No fundraising experience? No problem. We provide comprehensive training and ongoing coaching to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident speaking with new people.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English; Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
• Experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or fundraising is a plus.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Malaysian citizens only.
