Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Engineer to support project execution, site work, technical troubleshooting, and engineering documentation. The ideal candidate enjoys both field and office work, possesses practical technical knowledge, and is capable of preparing reports, drawings, and project documentation.
We're looking for a hands-on Technical Engineer, not a fresh graduate.

Requirements

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

· Minimum 2 years of hands-on industrial or site experience.

· Practical experience in installation, troubleshooting, commissioning or maintenance.

· Able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

· Basic knowledge of AutoCAD (or similar drafting software).

· Able to prepare technical reports, method statements and project documentation.

· Willing to travel and work at customer sites when required.

· Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

· Good communication and problem-solving skills.

· Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Job Responsibilities

· Conduct site visits, inspections and technical assessments.

· Perform equipment troubleshooting, testing and commissioning.

· Assist with project installation and implementation.

· Prepare site reports and service reports.

· Prepare basic engineering drawings and update AutoCAD drawings.

· Prepare method statements, technical proposals and documentation.

· Coordinate with customers, suppliers and contractors.

· Provide technical support to the Sales and Project teams.

· Ensure work complies with safety requirements and company standards.

· Perform other engineering-related duties assigned by management.

Nice-to-Have Skills

· AutoCAD

· Microsoft Office

· PLC knowledge (optional)

· Instrumentation experience

· Water treatment experience (if applicable to your business)

· Pump, piping or mechanical systems knowledge

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
