Full Time E-Commerce Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,800 in V Space Services Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

1. Daily E-Commerce: Manage product uploads, listing creation, pricing updates, and SKU maintenance across e-commerce platforms, Sitegiant webstore and Shopify webstore. [30%]

2. Campaign & Promotional Support: Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, flash sales, vouchers, promotional activities while maintain high accuracy. [15%]

3. Inventory & Listing Management: Monitor and maintain stock inventory accuracy and coordinate with internal teams. Conduct regular audits on product listings to ensure pricing, content, and inventory information maintain high accuracy. [20%]

4. Customer Service & After-Sales Support: Respond promptly to customer enquiries, complaints, returns, refunds, exchanges, and after-sales requests via marketplace chat, email, and social media channel professionally. [10%]

5. Marketplace & Digital Support: Support marketplace optimization activities including keyword updates, product ranking improvements, and content enhancements. Assist in coordinating digital marketing activities such as platform ads, affiliate campaigns, and livestream promotions. Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends. [10%]

7. Ad-Hoc Duties [15%]

Requirements:-

• Diploma or Degree in any field.
• Good attention to details, responsible, good with figures, time management and love to close loop.
• Willing to go extra miles, not calculative, growth mindset, not short-sighted.
• Willing to work overtime, willing to work on saturday
• Fluent and good communication; enjoy direct collaboration with higher management
• Experience with SiteGiant system on product listing (Advantage).
• Familiar/Experience with e-commerce platforms' product listing, campaign price submission and advertisement performance optimization (Advantage).
• Prefer 1-2 years of working experience as an e-commerce assistant (Advantage).

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
