We're Hiring: Operation Assistant

Salary: RM2,000 and above
Employment Type: Contract (3 Months)
Experience: With or without experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!)

Responsibilities

• Upload and manage product listings on TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Site Giant platform.
• Update product information, pricing, descriptions, and images accurately.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure stock availability.
• Process and manage customer orders efficiently.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Ensure all product data is accurate and up to date.
• Assist with daily e-commerce operational tasks and support the team when needed.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Familiar with TikTok Shop, Shopee, or Site Giant platforms.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Candidates with or without working experience are welcome to apply.
