Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite systems
- Committed, energetic, and able to work independently
- Basic knowledge of marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada); experience with Shopify is a plus
- Basic B2C e-commerce knowledge
- Minimum 1-2 years experienced; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibility
- Operational fulfilments on e-commerce platforms and maintaining SLA
- Marketplace and website management
- Managing individual shops on marketplaces
- Planning and executing monthly EDM
- Optimizing and executing Marketplace/Digital Ads
- Assisting on e-commerce campaigns; improving pain points
- Preparing monthly reports
- Assisting marketing efforts
