About the Role

TechBridge Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure excellent support for clients and end users.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Resolve technical tickets within service levels.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Document support activities and solutions.
• Assist with system setup and user guidance.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of technical support experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with the ability to work under pressure.
