Job Summary
We are seeking a Storage and System Engineer, or a motivated freshgraduate, to join our team as a Storage and System Engineer. This is a greatopportunity to build a career in enterprise storage, servers, andinfrastructure, working alongside experienced architects and engineers who willprovide guidance and mentorship. You'll gain hands-on exposure to enterpriseservers and storage systems, including troubleshooting hardware andsystem-level issues, as well as disaster recovery processes, while developingyour skills in a supportive, customer-facing environment. KeyResponsibilities
- Assist with data migration projects, working closely with architects and engineering teams on planning and testing
- Support the team in providing consulting and recommendations to customers on storage infrastructure and operations
- Assist with implementation and troubleshooting of enterprise storage platforms (e.g., Pure Storage, Dell EMC, Huawei, IBM, Hitachi, S3-type object storage, Synology, QNAP)
- Assist with implementation and troubleshooting of enterprise server hardware across multiple vendors, including Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem, Hitachi Advanced Server, and Fujitsu PRIMERGY
- Gain exposure to hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms such as VergeIO and Nutanix
- Participate in business continuance and disaster recovery activities under guidance from senior team members
- Support the customer's storage disaster recovery process as required
- Represent the company in a professional manner to customers, partners, and other personnel
- Assist in reviewing and documenting operational policies and procedures in line with storage management best practices
RequiredQualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts (servers, networking, storage), and interest in supporting customers with infrastructure consulting and recommendations
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with enterprise storage platforms (e.g., Pure Storage, Dell EMC, Huawei, IBM, Hitachi, S3-type object storage, Synology, QNAP), including basic implementation and troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn and work hands-on with enterprise server hardware (e.g., Dell PowerEdge, HPE ProLiant, Lenovo ThinkSystem, Hitachi Advanced Server, Fujitsu PRIMERGY), including basic implementation and troubleshooting
- Willingness to learn hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) platforms such as VergeIO and Nutanix

- Willingness to support customer disaster recovery processes as guided by senior team members
- Good communication skills, professionalism, and a customer-friendly attitude when representing the company
