Your new role

Reporting to the management team, you will be responsible for supporting project tenders, client engagement, and business development activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external clients to ensure project requirements are effectively coordinated and delivered.

Key responsibilities include:

• Reviewing project specifications and understanding client requirements.
• Preparing quotations, tenders, commercial proposals, and contract documentation.
• Coordinating project-related requirements and supporting project execution activities.
• Liaising with clients on technical, commercial, and contractual matters.
• Supporting contract negotiations, project handovers, and project documentation.
• Managing relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
• Conducting client meetings and visits to understand project needs and promote company solutions.
• Providing technical and commercial support throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Project Coordination, or a related commercial role.
• Exposure to engineering, construction, infrastructure, industrial, or project-based environments would be advantageous.
• Experience preparing quotations, tender submissions, commercial proposals, and contract-related documentation.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with AutoCAD or other engineering software will be advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
