Job Summary

Assist in managing daily operations in a fast-paced F&B environment to ensure smooth service, customer satisfaction, and efficient inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities to maintain smooth workflow and service quality
• Resolve customer issues and complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
• Conduct regular inventory checks to confirm adequate stock levels for service needs
• Order supplies timely based on inventory assessments to prevent shortages
• Generate and submit accurate inventory reports to supervisors for review
• Control operational costs through effective inventory and resource management
• Supervise food service and act as an expeditor to ensure timely delivery of orders from kitchen to customers
• Organize and plan team activities to maintain accountability and operational efficiency
• Work effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Adapt to split shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Maintain a customer-oriented and service-focused attitude with responsibility and positivity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the F&B industry
• Strong supervisory skills including accountability, organizing, and planning
