HR Executive

• Salary: SGD $2,800 – $3,200 per month
• Working Location: Jalan Terusan
• Working Days: 5.5 days

Responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and HR documentation.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM employment regulations.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, interviews, and candidate screening.
• Support employee engagement and training initiatives.
• Assist with HR reports and administrative duties.
• Provide general HR support to management and employees.
• Other ac-hoc task.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore Employment Act and MOM regulations.
• Knowledge of payroll systems and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
• Experience with HR software is an advantage.
