Job Summary

You will install, commission, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ophthalmic equipment while providing user training and technical support to ensure optimal device performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission ophthalmic equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and servicing
• Perform calibration, diagnosis, and testing of equipment
• Provide user training and technical support
• Maintain service records and documentation
• Follow safety and company procedures
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by senior staff
• Internal or external training will be provided
• Strong teamwork skills required
• Driving licence is an added advantage
