Responsibilities
- Prepared detailed and as-built drawings using AutoCAD in compliance with project specifications and submission standards.
- Revised and updated drawings based on superior’ instructions, site conditions, and project requirements.
- Coordinated with superior and project teams to resolve design clashes related to M&E services.
- Reviewed M&E drawings and identified discrepancies, raising technical queries for clarification.
- Conducted site visits to verify installation details and ensure accuracy of drawings.
- Assisted the Operation Manager in daily project coordination and operations.
- Coordinated with consultants and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress.
- Attended meetings with clients and subcontractors to discuss project matters.
- Conducted quantity take-offs and assisted in cost estimation and material procurement.
- Performed inspections to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Supported testing & commissioning activities and site coordination works.
