Key Responsibilities

• Conduct talent mapping and market research across target industries and companies
• Review AI interview submissions and assist with applicant screening
• Support consultants with candidate sourcing and pipeline building
• Format and prepare CVs for client submissions
• Assist with candidate and client database management
• Support recruitment administration, reporting, and scheduling activities
• Contribute to business development and sales research projects
• Provide general operational support to consultants and leadership teams

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and research skills
• Interest in recruitment, sales, HR, or business
• Comfortable working with AI tools and technology
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proactive, curious, and eager to learn
• Bachelor's degree in any field
