JOB VACANCY: SITE SUPERVISOR

Company Industry: Ceiling & Partition Works (Renovation Work)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,800 per month
Working Days: 6 days per week
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise daily ceiling and partition installation works at project sites.
• Plan work schedules and coordinate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment.
• Liaise with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel.
• Monitor work progress and ensure projects are completed according to schedule.
• Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct site measurements and assist with material quantity calculations.
• Provide regular progress updates.
• Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
• Maintain proper site records, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure workers comply with workplace safety requirements and site regulations.
• Perform other project-related duties assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Relevant experience in site coordination, preferably within ceiling, partition, renovation, or construction works.
• Able to read and understand technical drawings.
• Good coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage workers and coordinate effectively with different parties.
• Responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel to different project sites when required.
