Full Time Senior Application Technologist Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in NAGASE SINGAPORE (PTE) LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Primary Duties

•      Application Development work, providing customer's technical support

Key Duties

•      Carry out application work / study in applications using the Nagase Food Ingredients portfolio, performing sensory and physicochemical analysis.

•      Troubleshoot customers' problems and conduct trials at customer premises when needed.

•      Develop innovative formulation concepts and prototypes based on market trends, business needs, and customer requirements, working closely with the Sales team to ensure solutions meet our clients' expectations.

•      Present food ingredients and technical solutions to customers through presentations, seminars, demonstrations, exhibitions, and innovation days, supporting Technical Services on customer-focused innovation projects.

•      Record all methods, tasks, and findings of assigned projects.

Other Administrative

•      Maintain and liaise with necessary parties to ensure laboratory equipment is in optimal and safe working condition.

Requirements

•      Minimum 3 years of R&D experience as a Senior Food Technologist within bakery, processed food, ice cream, confectionery, or related ingredient sectors.

•      Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related discipline.

•      Strong team player with excellent communication skills and a high sense of responsibility.

•      Self-motivated individual with a positive, can-do attitude.

•      Solid technical knowledge and strong presentation skills for product demonstrations.

•      Strong analytical capabilities.

•      Well-developed palate and broad sense of taste.

•      Hands-on experience is essential.

•      Creative and innovative mindset.
