- Manager the overall daily operations of the liquor and grocery retail store .
-Lead , supervise and schedules , conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching .
-Develop staff schedules , conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
-Monitor inventory levels ,purchasing activities and supplier relationships.
-Analyse sales performance and implement strategies to improve revenue and profitability.
-Ensure compliance with Singapore regulations relating to retail operations , liquor licensing ,workplace safety and food hygiene where applicable.
-Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer issues professionally.
- Oversee merchandising , stock presentation and inventory accuracy.
-Prepare operations reports and recommend improvement to business performance.
-Ensure proper cash handing and adherence to company policies and procedures.
