Position ： Equipment Installation Technician

Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: TWD 20,000
• Estimated Monthly Gross Salary: TWD 22,500 (including overtime)
• Overtime Pay: 1.5x, in accordance with local labour regulations

Working Hours

• 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 6 working days per week
• No night shifts
• No rotating shifts

Job Responsibilities

Successful candidates will assist in the installation of semiconductor equipment, including:

• Read basic installation drawings under the supervisor's guidance.
• Operate electric impact wrenches and torque wrenches to tighten bolts.
• Assemble and secure equipment frames.
• Install overhead support rail systems.
• Assist engineers with cable installation and wiring.
• Perform work in a cleanroom environment while wearing cleanroom attire.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company operating standards.

Transition Period

Before being deployed to the semiconductor installation project, employees will undergo a transition period in Taiwan and be assigned to simple indoor duties, such as indoor housekeeping (no outdoor work).

• Salary: SGD 20 per day
• Working Hours: 8 hours per day
• Free accommodation and meals will continue to be provided during this period.

Job Requirements

• Degree in any discipline.
• Technical qualifications or relevant installation experience will be an advantage.
• Able to read basic technical drawings and assemble equipment.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work.
• Basic English communication skills (listening and speaking).
• Willing to work in a cleanroom environment and wear cleanroom attire.
• Able to relocate and work in Taiwan.

Important Information

• This position is based in Taiwan.
• Employees are required to complete a minimum of 6 months of employment.
• The company will provide a return air ticket upon successful completion of 6 months of service.
• If employment ends before completing 6 months, the employee will be responsible for the cost of the return airfare.
