About the Role

We are seeking an Operations / Logistics Executive to join Gold Mark Asia Sdn. Bhd., a licensed debt recovery agency and call centre solutions provider. This is a full‑time position based in Kuala Lumpur. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth coordination of office operations, staff scheduling, and logistics support that directly contributes to our debt recovery and client service excellence.

You will play a key role in maintaining efficiency across daily operations, supporting our recovery officers and call centre team, and ensuring compliance with company standards. This position is instrumental in sustaining our competitive advantage and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee daily office operations and logistics activities.
• Manage staff scheduling, workflow, and performance tracking.
• Support recovery officers and call centre teams with documentation and resource planning.
• Liaise with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare and analyse operational reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with company policies.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations/logistics or office management.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational reporting.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
