The Role
A role where your site presence makes the real difference:
- Oversee and direct daily on-site construction activities to ensure safe, quality-driven delivery
- Coordinate resources across subcontractors, workforce, plant, and materials
- Track project progress against schedule and report on productivity and compliance
- Uphold safety and quality standards in line with project specifications and requirements
- Prepare site documentation and contribute to coordination meetings
- Support project handover, close-out, and ad-hoc technical requirements
The right mix of technical know-how and site leadership:
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or Construction Engineering
- At least 3 years' hands-on experience in construction site environments
- Background in industrial, utility, piping, or infrastructure project types
- Confident supervising teams and coordinating multiple workstreams on site
- Self-motivated and comfortable working to tight project deadlines
- Strong communicator with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
- Competent in Microsoft Office; fluent in written and spoken English
