We’re Hiring: Cloud Operations & Managed Services Specialist – Security Operations & Maintenance

We are looking for an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead security operations and maintenance activities across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain firewalls, endpoint protection, antivirus and IDS/IPS solutions
• Lead engineers in delivering Day 1 implementation and Day 2 operational support
• Identify, investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and maintain incident documentation
• Coordinate with technology vendors for escalation and resolution
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, patch management and security remediation
• Support security audits by preparing logs, reports and control evidence
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with IT, network and infrastructure teams to implement security controls
• Maintain accurate documentation of security procedures, incidents and system health

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or a related discipline
• More than 5 years of experience in cybersecurity maintenance or IT security operations
• Strong knowledge of endpoint protection, network security and Identity and Access Management
• Experience leading engineers and managing operational security activities
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively within a team
• CISSP or an equivalent cybersecurity certification
