Identify and develop wet chemical processes (deflashing, plating) for semiconductor packages, putting process control to make sure high quality and reproducibility of the products.
Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Perform deflashing, cleaning, stripping and plating development activities (parameters optimization, verification and Process Freeze) to meet timeline, quality, cost and manufacturability.
- Support prototype and development samples build.
- Generate and update relevant wet process documents, eg: Process Specification, PFMEA, DFMEA, OJTI, T32, PDR.
- Provide inputs for updating of wet process documents and responsible for correct contents, eg Process of Record, Assembly Design Rule, Failure catalogue, Control Plan, etc for development projects.
- Liaise with wet process suppliers for continuous improvement and perform verification and qualification activities for new tooling, machines and materials in Development projects.
- Initiating, generating and drive IP ideas based on experience and research.

- Masters/Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant course.
- Strong hands-on knowledge and skills in assembly area.
- Material science and chemical engineering know how.
