Job Description
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and support VoIP systems, IP PBX, and SIP Trunking.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and telephony issues.
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and health checks.
- Escalate complex technical issues when necessary.
- Prepare basic service reports and documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of VoIP, IP PBX, SIP, TCP/IP, and networking concepts.
- Willing to learn and develop technical skills in VoIP solutions.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for on-site support when required.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
