Full Time Project Admin Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Buenos Kitchen | Wardrobe Selangor - Maukerja

Working Hours:
Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
Saturday (8am - 12pm)

Job Responsibilities

• Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the project team.
• Maintain accurate filing, organization, and version control of all project documents and materials.
• Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, preparing meeting agendas, and recording meeting minutes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related administrative inquiries and communications.
• Manage and maintain project documentation, records, reports, and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing project reports, forms, letters, and other administrative documents.
• Attend site meetings when required and prepare detailed meeting minutes and follow-up reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and provide timely administrative updates.
• Ensure all administrative activities comply with company policies, procedures, and project requirements.
• Support the project team with any other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent administrative experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in project coordination, project administration, or a similar administrative support role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with excellent time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel for site visits and attend site meetings when required.
• Experience in the construction, interior design, or fit-out industry will be an added advantage, but is not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
