Job Details:

• Working schedule: Morning shift (8.00 A.M - 4.00 P.M) | Night shift (3.00 P.M - 11.00 P.M)
• Working days: 6 days per week (Rotation on Saturday and Sunday)
• Location: Office located in Petaling Jaya

Job Description:

• Prepare daily cash forecasts and allocation plans based on customer demand and historical trends.
• Monitor cash inventory levels to ensure sufficient cash availability while minimizing excess holdings.
• Coordinate daily cash distribution schedules for ATMs, bank branches, and CPC operations.
• Liaise with internal departments and customers regarding cash requirements and operational changes.
• Update and maintain accurate cash planning records, reports, and system data.
• Analyze cash movement trends and recommend improvements to optimize cash utilization.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, banking regulations, and security procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
