Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews

Conduct new hire orientation and facilitate onboarding documentation

Maintain candidate database and manage applicant

HR Operations & Administration

Maintain and update employee records (personal files, attendance, leave records)

Prepare HR letters, contracts, and employment documentation

Process payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/payroll teams

Manage employee benefits administration (insurance, leave, claims)

Documentation & Compliance

Maintain HR-related documents, records, and controlled forms in line with ISO 9001 requirements

Ensure HR processes (recruitment, training, performance management) are documented

Maintain document control — version control, approval, and archiving of HR policies/records

Qualifications & Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Experience

1–3 years of experience in an HR role (executive/generalist)

Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Familiarity with HRMS/HRIS software

Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
