Scope of Services

This role is to provide on-site professional services in developing, maintaining, supporting and enhancing PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS)

The scope of services include:

1. analysing, designing, developing, testing and maintaining the PeopleSoft CS system for the campus community.
2. attending to helpdesk ticket assistance and troubleshooting.
3. enhancement to existing system / new project development work.
4. support, bug fixes, addressing vulnerability issues/fixes of existing systems.
5. maintenance of up-to-date documentation of program changes and testing procedure.
6. support campus business events.
7. provision of monthly work progress report records.
8. working with the other developers

The personnel shall have:

• A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or its equivalent.
• Strong technical and analytical skills, meticulous and organized.
• Independent, good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Have positive work attitude.

For PeopleSoft related skill, the personnel shall have:

• At least 3 years of experience in developing and/or maintaining PeopleSoft system.
• Hands-on experience on most of the essential tools such as Structured Query Reporter (SQR), PeopleSoft Query, Peoplecode, SQL, Application Engine, Application Package, BI Publisher, Component interface, Integration Broker, Workflow, Fluid Interface.
• Knowledge and experience on PeopleSoft branding customization and landing page design would be an added advantage.
• Good functional knowledge in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions would be an added advantage. 
• Experience with PeopleTools upgrades would be an added advantage.
• Knowledge and experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Oracle and Microsoft products such as Excel, etc. would be an added advantage
