Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and committed Quantitative Developer to support global equities trading across all asset classes. The role involves developing and maintaining production-level systems for live trading in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Portfolio Manager to help design and implement production-grade code for live trading systems
• Assist in transitioning research prototypes into robust, real-time trading infrastructure
• Handle real-time market data, including data ingestion, processing, and reconciliation
• Support order management and execution workflows
• Regularly evaluate and enhance the existing technology stack to meet evolving business and operational requirements
• Take full ownership and accountability for assigned tasks and deliverables
• Assist in managing SQL-based databases and contribute to data infrastructure improvements
• Optimize resource usage across systems to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python, with 5+ years of experience in a production-level environment
• Familiarity with trading systems, execution platforms, market data feeds, and integration of new datasets
• Excellent communication skills and a strong command of English
• Commitment to writing operationally robust, user-friendly code in line with industry best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience on the buyside (e.g., hedge funds, asset managers)
• Knowledge of algorithmic trading and quantitative research methodologies
